Our services are designed to showcase properties in the best possible light, whether for residential or commercial real estate.

Do you take pictures for Airbnb and Vrbo?

Yes we do! We work with a lot of Airbnb hosts so we can proudly say that we know pretty well how airbnb works and the kind of services you need to highlight your property. We provide you with high resolution and edited pictures ready to be uploaded to your Airbnb profile.

 

How do I book a session?

Booking a session is easy! You can contact us directly via our website, phone, or email. We'll discuss your needs, schedule a date and time that works best for you, and send a confirmation with all the details.

 

How long does it take to receive the photos?

Typically, you will receive the edited photos within 24 hours after the session. For more complex projects, such as video tours or virtual tours, delivery might take a bit longer, but we'll always keep you informed.

 

Can you help with staging or preparing the property for the shoot?

Yes, we offer guidance on staging and preparing the property to ensure it looks its best. While we don't provide full staging services, we can recommend minor adjustments to furniture, lighting, and decor to enhance the property's appeal in photos.

Once you make the appoinment we'll provide you a list with some recomendations to be ready for the photoshoot.

 

What areas do you serve?

No matter how far is it! We serve all Houston and surrounding areas. If you have any questions about services in your area, please contact us, and we may still be able to accommodate your request.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee. 

 

How should I prepare my property for the photography session?

To prepare your property, we recommend decluttering, cleaning, and ensuring all lights are working. Open blinds and curtains to let in natural light, and remove personal items to create a neutral space that appeals to a broad audience. We'll send you a detailed checklist prior to the session.

 

Can I request specific shots or angles for the property?

Absolutely! We encourage clients to share any specific shots or angles they have in mind. We'll work with you to capture the best features of your property according to your preferences.

 

Do you offer retouching or editing services?

Yes, all our photos go through a professional editing process to enhance lighting, color, and overall quality. We also offer additional retouching services upon request to address specific concerns or preferences.

 

How do you handle weather-related issues or rescheduling?

Weather can be unpredictable, especially for outdoor shoots. If the weather is unsuitable, we’ll work with you to reschedule the session at no extra charge. We keep a close eye on the forecast to minimize disruptions.

We use high-end mirrorless cameras, best quality wide lenses, and latest tech in drones for aerial shots. We also use top quality video stabilizers and gimballs to make outstanding 4k videos and Matterport Cameras for 360 for virtual tours. Do you provide high-resolution images for print?

Yes, we provide high-resolution images suitable for both digital use and high-quality prints. Just let us know your requirements, and we’ll ensure the images meet your needs.

 

Are there any additional fees I should be aware of?

Our pricing is transparent, and we’ll provide a detailed quote before the session. Any additional fees, such as for rush delivery or extensive retouching, will be clearly communicated upfront.

 

How do you deliver the final images?

We deliver the final images via a secure online gallery or download link. You’ll be able to access and download your photos in the format of your choice.

 

Can you photograph properties that are occupied?

Yes, we can photograph occupied properties. We work discreetly and efficiently to ensure minimal disruption, and we'll coordinate with the occupants to make the process smooth.

What if I can't be at the photoshoot?

No problem! If you can’t be present at the photoshoot, we can still proceed as long as we have access to the property. You can provide a lockbox code, garage code, CBS code (supra lockbox) or coordinate with us to ensure entry. Rest assured, we'll handle the shoot professionally and keep you updated throughout the process.

What’s the best time of day to schedule a photography session?

The best time depends on the property and its orientation. Generally, we recommend scheduling sessions in the morning or late afternoon when natural light is optimal. We’ll discuss the best time when planning your session.

 

How far in advance should I book a session?

We recommend booking at least a week in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

 

Do you offer twilight or night photography?
